At the RAC, we offer additional exercise programs and social opportunities.
In addition to all of the regular exercise options and activities
offered to all RAC members, we offer senior adult exercise classes
and group activities listed below.

Additional
Exercise Classes
- Have
a Ball - This
innovative program is designed around the use of Exercise Balls,
mats, bands and other equipment to focus specifically on increasing
strength and flexibility. Special emphasis is also on strength
and stability of the spine, hip and core muscle groups.
- Cardio
Jam - Low impact, yet challenging choreography to an eased-down
beat, makes this class perfect for those who are looking for a
cardiovascular workout at a slightly slower pace. Strengthening
and flexibility are included.
- Cardio
Ball - This class combines ½ hour of Cardio Jam and
½ hour of Cardio Ball. Get a healthy dose of both classes
in just one hour.
Additional
Group Activities
- In addition to extra class offerings, the RAC offers other activities
as well such as area walks, lunch outings, and card groups. |
