Personal training is a special fitness service that provides one-on-one
instruction from a qualified fitness specialist during scheduled
sessions. Your fitness specialist will work with you to define your
specific fitness goals and develop a plan to achieve them. In addition,
your fitness specialist will demonstrate personally how to perform
different exercises, how to use various types of fitness equipment,
and will even work out with you.

Qualified Fitness Staff -
Our personal training is provided by our expert staff which consists
of exercise therapists, strength coaches, exercise physiologists,
and fitness instructors certified by the American College of Sports
Medicine. All of our fitness staff have fitness-related college
degrees.
Personal
Training Packages - personal
training sessions are offered in packages of 3, 6, and 10. Quantity
discounts and "paired" personal training sessions are
