TURBO KICK
This is the
evolution of kickboxing! Motivating music compels the participant
through a cardiovascular workout that includes bouts of intense
intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing strength and

new twist! Check the Group Cycling calendar for special rides in
the month of May. Everything from a Led Zeppelin themed Ride to a
hilly Mountain Ride. You can take a metabolism boosting interval
Ride or take a Strength Ride. Lots of formats so nothing is ever

ABSOLUTE CYCLE
Offered every
Wednesday night at 6:00 pm, this is the ultimate in training! This
calorie burning class alternates 15 minutes of cycling with 15
minutes of core training. Metabolism boosting intervals of cycling
keep your heart rate up and your cardio vascular system working
while the core strengthening will tone and tighten even the most

EXPRESS 30 KARDIOBOX
This is perfect
for an intense lunchtime workout. A high energy interval class
