Each new
member is entitled to a customized exercise program designed to get
you better results! Simply
tell us your personal fitness goals and how much time you have available
to work out each week and we'll customize an efficient exercise
program for you. This optional service is recommended if you desire
specific guidance on how to meet your fitness goals and includes:

Profile
- Personalized Exercise Plan
- Nutritional Guidance
- Personal Equipment Orientation
- Meetings with a RAC Fitness Specialist
- Periodic Revision of Your Exercise Plan If Desired
