regardless of your fitness level or age. And, if you would like

tone your abs, hips, thighs, or another area of your body, we have
Just Weights - a popular group weight training class designed to
help you get the shape you desire.
The Richmond
Athletic Club offers a wide variety of new, fun, and exciting group
classes. Plus - we introduce new classes throughout the year to
keep things interesting!
Just
Starting? If you are just starting to try group
exercise classes, don't sweat it. Our highly qualified group exercise
instructors will be happy to provide you a private orientation and
personal guidance outside of the scheduled class time. Your class
instructor will describe and demonstrate the various exercises performed
in the class and answer any questions so you can determine if the
class is right for you ahead of time.
